Gameplay Video of Spirit Tracks

Posted on 01 Dec 2009 by Royce

The folks over at Gametrailers got a new Zelda: Spirit Tracks video up. It's a video of the Snow Temple, and it shows some pretty amazing puzzles.

Link to video.

Link can use his new boomerang to drag ice and fire from stands and then use it to create paths or burn things.

The ice paths Link makes can be walked on and everything. I'm not sure if they melt, but they didn't in the video.

Link uses this weapon to propel himself or blow enemies away. It looks pretty fun to use.

The boss for this level uses a combination of fire and ice attacks, just like Twinrova from OoT.

You attack him using the fire/ice in the stands on either side.
The Legend Of Zelda: Spirit Tracks is due for a release on December 7th, and it's for the Nintendo DS. It's gameplay revolves around trains, much like how Wind Waker revolved around boats.
